1 Overview
ShipWink is a shipping software platform. You are responsible for how you use the platform and what you ship. Violations of this policy may result in account suspension or termination without refund.
2 Prohibited Shipments
You may not use ShipWink to ship:
- Illegal items: Controlled substances, narcotics, counterfeit goods, or items prohibited by law
- Hazardous materials: Explosives, flammable liquids, chemicals, or biological agents without proper authorization
- Weapons & firearms: Without proper licensing and carrier agreements
- Live animals: Unless you have express carrier approval
- Items that violate carrier terms of service
3 Prohibited Platform Uses
You may not use the ShipWink platform to:
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or replicate ShipWink's software, rates, or infrastructure
- Use automated tools to bulk-generate labels for fraudulent purposes
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits
- Resell ShipWink access or rates without written authorization
- Interfere with platform security, servers, or other users' accounts
4 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share credentials with unauthorized parties. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@shipwink.com.
5 Accuracy of Shipment Information
You must provide accurate shipment information including dimensions, weight, contents, and recipient details. False information may result in carrier surcharges, legal liability, and account termination.
6 Enforcement
ShipWink reserves the right to:
- Immediately suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy
- Void labels and cancel shipments associated with prohibited items
- Report violations to relevant authorities where required by law
- Forfeit wallet credits of accounts terminated for AUP violations
